The rooms overlook the gorgeous grounds but may be affected by the nearby road with passing trucks. The service is exceptional with charming and very helpful staff. The location is wonderful, with expansive lawns and pretty terraces, just 5 minutes from the city center by car. The dining experience is a French treat that won't leave you hungry. Facilities are top-notch with attention to detail.

I had a splendid stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, individually themed, and sumptuous, with immaculate finishes and very comfortable. The level of service was top-notch, particularly thanks to Emily, Amelie, and Nono who were always there to assist in the most helpful and friendly manner. The location was perfect as a base to explore the Champagne region, and the dining experience was simply superb. However, the Wi-Fi had an additional charge which was a slight downside.
